I also couldn't seem to make Teal'c call Cam anything but Colonel Mitchell or Mitchell. He's such a romantic at heart, really. ;) Feel free to critique to your heart's content, as I'm one of those who only started watching this show in season 9, because Ben Browder was on it, so my familiarity with the other characters is less than perfect.
